Updated comments
We need to make comments more robust in Gardens. The following designs achieve these goals:
- Position the comment form above or below the comments.
- Sort the comments in asc or desc order.
- Turn off the wysiwyg on the comment entry form.
- Enhance the fields UI to make Comment Display control various comment fields like Subject, Auhor, etc.
- Allow users to eliminate text formats from showing up
